Chemical Technician

Immediate start required

We're looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join our client's team as a Chemical Technician. You'll play an important role in safely handling, testing, and preparing hazardous waste materials for treatment and disposal.

Responsibilities:
  • Check and record incoming waste loads.
  • Label and store waste correctly.
  • Carry out basic lab tests.
  • Help prepare waste blends to meet emissions and process requirements.
  • Maintain equipment and accurate records.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure safe and compliant waste handling.
  • Assist with organising waste shipments and reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience in waste management, lab work, chemical processing or an industrial environment
  • Confident using computers, including Word and Excel.
