Qualifications

• Un master ou un doctorat en chimie est préféré mais pas requis.
• Orientation vers le détail est essentielle.
• Compétence en chimie, raisonnement inductif et déductif, raisonnement physique, temporel et spatial.

Responsibilities

• Donner aux chatbots IA des problèmes de chimie diversifiés et complexes et évaluer leurs résultats.
• Évaluer la qualité produite par les modèles IA pour leur exactitude et leur performance.

Job Description

We are looking for a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

In this role, you will need to hold an expert understanding of chemistry — a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English (or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning
