Role: Chemical Process Engineer (Full-Time / Hybrid) - Derby, Raynesway
We are seeking experienced and proactive individuals to lead chemical process engineering packages, contributing to high-impact projects such as the regeneration of the Raynesway Nuclear Licensed Site, which involves replacing current facilities with state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities.
The role involves working across multiple projects and lifecycle stages, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting a community of around 3,000 engineers in the Submarines business. The position is based in Derby with opportunities for hybrid working.
While nuclear facility experience is advantageous, applications from those willing to redeploy their skills in new areas are welcome. The key is a collaborative approach to integrating chemical engineering within overall engineering solutions.
We offer a culture of innovation, development opportunities, competitive salary, and benefits including bonuses, support assistance, and discounts. Our hybrid working model promotes work-life balance. We are committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
Security clearance is required, and Rolls-Royce will support the application process for UK nationals or approved dual nationals.
