Your new role
Working closely with the department manager but also stakeholders from other departments, you will very much be an integral part of the CAPEX and improvement projects team for the site. The range is huge, from new lines to new products and upgrades to current facilities. The project budget is one of the largest currently locally, so there is plenty of variety. You literally have input into every aspect of the project system, from initial planning, liaison with departments, feasibility and compliance to the execution and timeline management and supported by a strong team throughout to help develop you.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in chemical, process or mechanical engineering and interest or experience in improvements or positive changes to processes within production.
