Qualifications
- GCSEs (Grade C/equivalent) or 1–2 years in chemical manufacturing.
- Clear written and spoken English communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of safe working practices with hazardous chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Carry out chemical manufacturing processes per batch sheets and SOPs.
- Operate, monitor and maintain production, drying and packaging equipment.
- Monitor process parameters and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
- Complete accurate production documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimise schedules and efficiency.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support production needs.
