Job Description

Chemical Operator required by CareerWise Recruitment for our client in Shannon. The Chemical Operator will be responsible for manufacturing quality products on time, ensuring the safe operation of equipment and machinery.

Role of this position

  1. Execute daily production and shipping schedules to meet targets.
  2. Report faulty equipment.
  3. Actively pursue personal key performance indicators.
  4. Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
  5. Report deviations from expected outcomes to the immediate superior.
  6. Report safety and security breaches.
  7. Perform quality control of in-process and final products.
  8. Ensure traceability by following correct labelling principles.
  9. Maintain security protocols and responsibility for PM security.
  10. Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment.
  11. Follow good manufacturing principles.
  12. Identify and communicate restrictions and bottlenecks.
  13. Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System at all times.
  14. Perform other duties reasonably expected of the position.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in the chemical or Life Sciences industry.
