Job description

As a Site Operator, it would be your responsibility to?

Receive deliveries of supplies and ensure safe handling and storage to laid down operational procedures.

Load vehicles of supplies and ensure safe handling and dispatch to laid down operational procedures.

Contribute to the safe handling and storage of chemical products to ensure compliance with legislation and operational requirements.

Filling of packed products following operational procedures.

Blending of products laid down in operational procedures.

Building loads to meet customer and depot orders.

Contribute to the safe and efficient running of the yard and warehouses.

Applying general housekeeping at all times.

Carrying out any reasonable task after adequate training, related to the post assigned by a line manager.

Previous experience of working within the chemical industry (desirable)

H&S experience

Flexible and able to work within a team

Able to follow H&S procedures and standards

Able to communicate well with customers, suppliers, depots, and other employees
