Salary: £60k + Signing Bonus + Annual Bonus

The Production Manager’s role is to ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operations of all plant personnel. The candidate should be proficient in production planning and resource management, with strong teamwork-oriented leadership, communication, supervision, and problem-solving abilities to guide their team and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  1. Advanced planning, delegation, coordination, and oversight of daily shop and field manufacturing operations.
  2. Clearly communicate and actively listen to team members.
  3. Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals by fostering a positive and productive work environment and creating a culture of success.
  4. Effectively manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize production needs.
  5. Utilize experience and data to identify opportunities, predict issues, and make informed decisions.
  6. Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals.
  7. Follow corporate guidelines for performance reviews and compensation.
  8. Participate in weekly production scheduling and planning.
