Job Title: Advanced Chemist for AI Model Training

We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team to assist in training AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of chemistry is required; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
• Related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.
