We are seeking a chemical engineer to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required.
• Related fields include: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
• Fluency in English (or bilingual proficiency).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry and reasoning skills (inductive/deductive, physical, temporal, spatial).

Responsibilities

1. Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
2. Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.
