We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Expert understanding of chemistry is required; a completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
• Related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry and reasoning skills (inductive/deductive, physical/temporal/spatial).

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.
