Job Description

We are seeking a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve each model's quality.

This role requires an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English (or bilingual proficiency)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning
