We are looking for a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Qualifications:

• A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in chemistry or related fields such as Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, or Process Development Chemist (not required but preferred).
• Fluency in English (or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
