About the Role: Burton Recruitment is working exclusively with an award-winning, growing family business operating internationally across 40+ countries. Due to continued expansion, they're seeking a Chemical Research and Compliance Manager to spearhead product development and international regulatory compliance for their chemical product range.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead international compliance activities across EU, Australia, New Zealand, and expanding into new markets
Drive research and development of new chemical products (70% of role long-term)
Review and achieve regulatory approvals for existing product portfolio
Manage formaldehyde restrictions and alternative product development
Work closely with international distributors on market-specific requirements
Chemistry degree OR specific industry experience with chemicals/disinfectants
Experience with formaldehydes, disinfectants, surfactants, and acids
Strong understanding of international chemical regulations and compliance
Background in industrial cleaning, detergents, or similar chemical sectors
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
