Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Catering Assistant to provide cover in Cheltenham, term-time only, with no weekends and a mobile role requiring your own transport. The role pays £12.90 per hour for 20 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, supporting our school sites.

You will assist in food preparation, uphold health and safety standards, keep areas clean, provide friendly service, and help maintain Caterlink’s brand image while safeguarding children and vulnerable adults with DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Term-time only role with weekend off.
• Own transport required for mobile role.
• Able to work 20 hours per week across Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks.
• Complying with health and safety and food safety standards.
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy.
• Providing friendly, efficient and hygienic service to customers.
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image.
