Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Mobile Catering Assistant for the Bristol/South Gloucestershire area to perform a variety of food production and service tasks in our schools. This term-time only position offers 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with 38 weeks per year worked and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

The role supports food preparation, safety compliance, cleanliness, and customer service, helping maintain Caterlink's brand and commitment to safeguarding and inclusive environments.

Qualifications

• Term-time only role requiring availability during school terms.
• Ability to work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Interest in food preparation and service with good hygienic practices.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of tasty food and snacks for pupils and staff.
• Comply with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures.
• Keep kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy.
• Provide friendly, efficient and hygienic service to customers.
• Represent Caterlink and maintain a positive brand image.
