Role Overview

You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will learn about our products to assist customers effectively.

Role Responsibilities
  • Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Provide exceptional service and help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills
  • Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and shop floor presentation
  • Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness
  • Stay updated on company activities and promotions
  • Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches
  • Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures
