Job description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior CDP and a passionate Sous Chef to join our Sonas kitchen team in Fort William.

Successful candidates for these roles will:

• Have experience in a similar role
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• A high standard of personal presentation
• Confident and professional
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
