Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing multiple sites within the group, focusing on training, development, and operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead training and development initiatives across all sites.
2. Maintain consistency of food quality throughout the outlets.
3. Foster a healthy, fun, and productive working environment with high staff morale.
4. Serve as a natural leader and trainer.
5. Complete all necessary administrative duties.
6. Negotiate with suppliers, develop menus, and coordinate tastings.
7. Recruit, train, and develop team members.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene legislation, maintaining due diligence.
9. Produce training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
10. Apply strong commercial and financial acumen to business operations.

Salary & Benefits

£55,000 per annum plus a £10,000 OTE bonus and an equity option.
