Job summary

British Garden Centres is seeking passionate Chefs to join our kitchen team at Mirfield restaurant. You will prepare meals to the menu, cook dishes that delight customers with timely delivery, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

We value busy kitchen experience and HACCP knowledge, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality. This part-time role offers weekends flexibility, 16 hours per week, and competitive pay with staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a busy kitchen.
• Creative at making dishes but also able to work to specs.

• Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
• Leading service, ensuring top-quality dishes leave the pass
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety & stock control
• The taking of deliveries.
• Food preparation.
• Producing specials.
• Prepare, cook, and present food quickly and efficiently to a high standard.

British Garden Centre are looking for Passionate Chefs to join our team at our Restaurant. If you would like to be a part of this. we are looking for skilled Chefs to prepare delicious meals according to the menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.

An excellent Chefs must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. Flexible with weekends and able to do over time. Need to drive.

The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.
