Job summary

Nautico Lounge in Weymouth is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team. You will cook fresh food to spec, from tapas dishes to all-day Lounge breakfasts, and support the Head Chef with prep, service and standards.

Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great guest experience; keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped; and follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to service peaks.
• Strong communication and high standards of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, including tapas and all-day breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and maintaining standards.
• Keep kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow allergen and food safety processes at all times.
