Job summary

Cofio Lounge in the UK is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team. You will cook fresh food to spec, from tapas dishes to all-day Lounge breakfasts, and support the Head Chef with prep, service and standards.

This role offers hourly pay up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. It may include evenings and weekends, and you will work as part of a friendly team with opportunities for development and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef at similar levels (Chef de Partie / Line Chef).
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen and maintain standards.
• Commitment to food safety and allergen processes.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; tapas to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
