Summary

We are seeking a cook to work at our assisted living facility. It is necessary to have experience in this field. Food hygiene level three is preferred. Among the duties are:

• Prepare the major courses to meet the various needs of our residents.
• Purchase inventory and do stock checks.
• Make sure the kitchen is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and order.
• Finish all of the training that has been provided.
• Make teatime snacks.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a range of foods in accordance with menus and established recipes.
• Make sure that every meal is prepared in compliance with hygienic guidelines and food safety laws.

• Oversee kitchen operations, including procuring supplies as needed and maintaining inventory.
