The Opportunity Provider Ltd (TOP) is seeking an experienced Chef Trainer to inspire apprentices and shape the culinary future across Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. You’ll travel within your region a few days per week and balance learning with home-based planning.

In this role you’ll guide learners from various levels, develop learning plans, and demonstrate essential kitchen skills. A professional culinary qualification is preferred, with GCSE English and Maths at level 2 and a

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
• Ideally a professional culinary qualification.
• Confidence with technology and good organisational skills.
• Level 2 English and maths (GCSE) or equivalent.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Guide apprentices at all levels and help them build kitchen skills.
• Provide hands-on training at the Chef Academy and in workshops.
• Personalise learning plans to suit each learner's needs.
• Demonstrate how maths and English fit into culinary work.
• Build relationships with employers and update progress.
• Manage admin tasks and plan using Google Suite and systems.
