Develop Future Talent: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs and guide their development.
Functional Skills: Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in kitchen operations.
Employer Collaboration: Build relationships with employers, providing feedback on apprentice progress.
Plan and Organise: Manage your schedule from home, utilising Google Suite and internal systems for smooth administration.

About You

Strong grasp of technology for virtual training and managing administrative tasks.
Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support provided.
A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.
