This is a full-time, permanent position working from home (WFH). Learners are located in Bristol and the surrounding area.

Purpose of the role

Once qualified (TAQA and AET), you will be managing a caseload of Chef learners (mixture of Level 2 – Level 4) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Chef apprenticeship qualifications.

Full training and qualifications are fully funded and provided by the employer.

Essentials

• A minimum 3 years industry experience in a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef position in an independent hotel or restaurant
• You will be based from home, covering Bristol and the surrounding area
• A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work once or twice per week in and around Bristol and the surrounding area
• Full training and qualifications are funded and provided by the employer
