The Role

As a Chef, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen—preparing dishes to a high standard, supporting day-to-day kitchen operations, and maintaining our reputation for quality. You’ll work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where consistency, cleanliness, and collaboration are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification
• Ensure food is cooked and presented to a high standard
• Uphold food hygiene, health, and safety procedures
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Support stock control and ordering
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service
