An outstanding prep school and nursery located in South East London for students 3 years old to 11. Catering for just under 500 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of lunch with some high-end hospitality throughout the year. This location operates Monday to Friday and mainly during term time. Additionally, this location benefits from great transport links.
The job includes assisting the chef manager and sous chef in all areas of food preparation and cooking, serving the pupils and staff, following all correct HACCP and allergen procedures, and helping with any extra hospitality events.
