Assisting with the managing and improving all controllable costs, including stock, food and labour
Supervise, coach, train and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence every day.
Oversee menu development and drive sales through exciting monthly promotions and added-value events.
Guarantee all standards, systems and essential legislation are met
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Chef Supervisor ready to take ownership of the kitchen’s day-to-day success. If you’re a dynamic chef who thrives on leading by example and driving standards, you’ll need:
Hands-On Excellence: You have fantastic craft skills with a genuine commitment to using fresh ingredients to deliver exceptional quality food.
Motivational Leader:Proven supervisory experience—you know how to coach, motivate, and inspire to develop a happy, high-performing team.
Safety Focus: Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.
You’ll work Monday to Friday during school term time - that means no late nights, no weekends and no working at Christmas!
