Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Chef Supervisor to join our team at HMP Rye Hill, Onley Park, Rugby, CV23 8SZ.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working alongside enhanced inmates, and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.

A day in the life of a Chef Supervisor:
  • Lead a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals three times a day, supervising and assisting in the kitchen.
  • Prepare basic quality foods within a pre-set menu.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, tidy, and stock checks are completed accurately.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and due diligence forms.
  • Be an effective team player and handle conflicts if they arise.
  • Undertake relevant training as required.
Requirements:
  • Resided in the UK for the past 5 years, with a legal right to work.
  • Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Relevant culinary qualification.
  • Experience working in a large-scale kitchen.
