What will your responsibilities be?

  • Lead kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
  • Supervise food preparation and cooking
  • Check plating and food temperature
  • Follow technical sheets for recipes
  • Prepare staff work schedules and shifts
  • Control food waste
  • Place orders for food supplies and kitchen equipment when needed
  • Train kitchen staff on preparation tasks and plating techniques
  • Store food following safety practices (e.g., in refrigerators)
  • Review weekly and monthly cost reports with the restaurant manager
  • Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen area

What are we looking for?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Level 2 food handling certification
  • Dough/Bread making experience is essential
