Responsibilities

• Collaborating with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals three times per day.
• Supervising and assisting enhanced inmates within the kitchen operation.
• Preparing quality food items in line with set menus and production requirements.
• Supporting the delivery of a safe, efficient, and professional catering service.
• Ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Conducting stock checks and ensuring stock is managed effectively.
• Completing all relevant paperwork, records, and due diligence documentation accurately.
• Managing challenging situations professionally and dealing with conflict where necessary.
• Supporting food safety, health & safety, and operational compliance procedures.
• Undertaking training and development activities as required.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Chef Supervisor to join our team in Bicester, OX25 1PZ. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced catering professional to take on a supervisory role within a large-scale kitchen operation, helping to deliver high-quality meals while supporting the development and supervision of enhanced inmates in a secure environment.

What you'll be doing

Additional Information

• You must have lived in the UK continuously for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work in the UK
• The successful candidate will be required to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
