Job summary

Equipment Sales & Service Limited is seeking an experienced Chef to lead kitchen operations in Defence sector sites around Salisbury. You will prepare delicious, high-quality food, oversee menu changes and maintain high hygiene standards.

You will supervise a small culinary team, contribute to new menus, act on customer feedback, and help manage stock while representing a positive brand image. City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ and a Food Hygiene certificate are required, with flexible shifts

Qualifications

• Must hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Food Hygiene certificate required.
• Experience supervising a kitchen team preferred.

• Have experience in a similar Chef role
