We currently have an opportunity for Casual Chefs to join our team at Preston North End Football Club.

This role offers the chance to work during Matchdays, providing a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast-paced and innovative catering environment.

We are seeking outstanding, customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company that offers unrivalled career progression opportunities.

Deepdale is a prestigious football venue, home to Preston North End, and steeped in history. It is recognized as the oldest professional football site in continuous use, dating back to 1875.

Notable features include the ‘The Splash’ statue honoring Sir Tom Finney, located outside ‘The Gentry Bar’ in the fan zone.

Role Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve all products and food items according to specified standards.
2. Ensure all food for service is present, portion-controlled, and prepared as per Chef instructions.
3. Maintain quality in food preparation, production, and presentation, using equipment correctly.
4. Keep the kitchen clean and meet EHO standards.
5. Conduct visual hazard checks.
6. Wear correct PPE throughout shifts, including full uniform, safety shoes, and blue trousers & tops.

The Ideal Candidate

1. Friendly yet professional demeanor.
2. Previous experience as a Chef.
3. Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards.
