Arc is looking for a Chef Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic London team. This is your chance to transition into recruitment, using your industry experience to support and supply some of the UK's best kitchens.

About the Role

In this specialised role, you’ll recruit and manage a pool of chefs and kitchen support staff for our wide portfolio of London-based clients. You’ll be responsible for:

• Recruiting and staffing kitchens across a range of exciting venues
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Managing key accounts and delivering a premium recruitment service
• Conducting candidate assessments and right-to-work checks
• Checking in teams on-site and providing event support
• Helping grow Arc’s chef division and reputation

A typical working week is around 40 hours across 5 days, including some weekends, with plenty of variety between the office and event sites.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s got:

• Previous chef experience or experience recruiting for culinary roles
• Knowledge of agency, temporary, or casual staffing models
• A confident, persuasive personality and strong interpersonal skills
• A cool head under pressure and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• A proactive, organised approach – you're a natural at getting things done

Bonus points if you’ve worked in events or hospitality recruitment before.
