Job summary

Morlo Lounge is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus tips, paid breaks, and a range of staff benefits from day one. You’ll work under the Head Chef, preparing tapas, breakfasts and ensuring top food standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic team players who communicate well, handle pressure, and follow food safety protocols while delivering great guest experiences. Evening and weekend shifts are likely.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen settings preferred, familiarity with food safety

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, including tapas dishes and all-day breakfasts
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service and maintaining standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times
• Work collaboratively with FOH to deliver a great guest experience
