Job summary

Zizzi in Taunton is seeking an experienced Chef to be the heart of our open kitchen. From stretching dough to al dente pasta, you keep standards high and ensure every plate is perfect.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, delivering great-tasting Italian dishes with speed and passion. A minimum-hour contract and shift flexibility support a stable role with opportunities for growth.

• Prepare and cook our menu to spec in a busy, high-energy open kitchen where guests can see the magic.
• Take absolute pride in the quality of every dish that leaves your section, ensuring it turns heads every time.
• Master our menu and specs inside and out so service remains fast and consistent during busy rushes.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and follow all food safety procedures to the highest standard.
• Work closely with the rest of your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly and the energy high.
