We are seeking a passionate and reliable Chef/Cook with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes, supporting the smooth running of the kitchen, and contributing to a positive, team-focused atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook, and present food to a consistently high standard
• Support with menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings
• Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and served safely and in line with food hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, following HACCP guidelines
• Manage stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Train and support junior kitchen staff if needed

About You
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar chef/cook role
• Confident across multiple sections (grill, prep, plating, etc.)
• Strong understanding of food safety and allergen awareness (Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene certificate preferred)
• Able to work under pressure and stay calm during busy periods
• A team player with good communication skills
• Passionate about food and delivering excellent service
