Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Remo Lounge kitchen team for their new site. You’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly while maintaining high standards. This role offers flexible hours, tips, and staff meal benefits from day one.

The position suits experienced Chefs, with opportunities to develop within a growing national group and to work across multiple Loungers brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Ability to work as part of a reliable kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
