Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd in Hucknall is seeking a talented Chef to join our team. This Monday–Friday, 40-hour-per-week role offers a salary of £28,000 per annum in a brand new B&I location designed for breakfast, lunch and grab & go options.

You will create dishes from fresh seasonal ingredients, work as part of a passionate team and uphold our brand standards while delivering excellent customer service to diners.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred

Responsibilities

• To work well in a team, Working alongside assisting the Chef team .. providing Breakfast & Lunch
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.

Chef - Monday to Friday Hucknall Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £ 28,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week

A brand new B&I location for a Spanish company specialised in designing, developing, manufacturing and providing lifecycle propulsion services for aeroengines based in Hucknall. Catering for About 800 people daily, we offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch and Grab & Go options. This is a Monday to Friday operation and offers free parking on site.

We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Hucknall

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

• To work well in a team, Working alonside assisting the Chef team .. providing Breakfast & Lunch
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
