Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd is hiring a talented Chef for a brand new B&I location in Hucknall. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £28,000 per annum and free parking on site.

You will cook from scratch using fresh seasonal ingredients, work with bespoke menus, and showcase your culinary skills in a team-focused environment. Training and development opportunities are available.

• Ability to use verbal English.
• Experience in a customer or food preparation environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work well in a team, assisting the Chef team to provide Breakfast & Lunch.
• Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following brand standards.
• Ensure food standards are adhered to and wastage is controlled.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.

A brand new B&I location for a Spanish company specialised in designing, developing, manufacturing and providing lifecycle propulsion services for aeroengines based in Hucknall. Catering for About 800 people daily, we offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch and Grab & Go options. This is a Monday to Friday operation and offers free parking on site.

We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Hucknall

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

• To work well in a team, Working alonside assisting the Chef team .. providing Breakfast & Lunch
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.

You will have the following skills:
