Please note: This role is contracted for 44 weeks per year.

What you'll be doing:

• Organising and supervising the unit to meet Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and regulations
• Managing the unit efficiently to provide quality service
• Preparing, cooking, and serving food to standards
• Using resources, including stock, team members, and assets, efficiently and economically
