Sushi Gourmet is recruiting a Full Time Chef Manager to support our team in Sainsbury’s kiosk in Talbot Heath, Poole, BH12 4BN.

About the role:

  • Lead and manage the sushi kiosk team, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety & Health & Safety regulations.
  • Prepare fresh ingredients, including meat and raw fish products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Manage stock and ensure lawful compliance around food safety and allergens.
  • Train and develop team members, fostering confidence and capability.

Candidate requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, with initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in leading teams and working in fast-paced environments.
  • Good understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Reliable transportation for early morning shifts.
  • Able to multitask and be highly organized.
