Job Opportunity: Chef Manager at Pabulum Catering

Pabulum Catering is now recruiting for a Chef Manager to help us deliver exceptional food experiences to children at St Mark's C of E Primary School.

As a Chef Manager, you will work within a passionate and dedicated team to create outstanding experiences for our school community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food
• Managing key aspects of the kitchen, including Health & Safety, Training & Development, and maintaining the Unit Bookwork
• Receiving and managing food deliveries and storage
• Developing excellent relationships with clients, team members, and customers to ensure continuous growth and high standards in catering services

Our ideal Chef Manager will be:

• Passionate about food and customer service
• A great communicator and team player with strong supervisory skills to manage, develop, and motivate a large team
• Financially astute, with full training provided in our processes and software systems
• Qualified and experienced in a craft background

Role details and benefits include:

• Salary: £27,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 15:00
• Term-time only contract promoting work/life balance
