Job Description:

We are recruiting an experienced Catering Manager passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. You will oversee all catering and service operations for CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your responsibilities include ensuring kitchens and service counters run smoothly and delivering outstanding food experiences. We offer career progression opportunities, comprehensive training, wellbeing support, social events, and discounts.

Shift pattern: Mon to Fri - Days Only.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-standard delicious food.
  • Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure quality and service excellence.
  • Managing inventories, budgets, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring KPIs and targets through regular communication with your line manager.
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I positively and maintaining the brand image.
  • Driving sales through new food or service concepts.
  • Liaising with customers and teams to exceed expectations.
  • Training and supporting team members to excel.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met and maintained.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Passionate about great food and customer service.
  • Minimum of two years catering management experience.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2 qualifications.
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Strong financial skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ambitious and eager to upskill.
