Please note: This role is contracted to 43 weeks per year.

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Manager to oversee operations at Chartwells on a part-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the contract efficiently to deliver consistent quality in food and beverage services

  • Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Meet financial targets, including budget management and cost control
Candidate Profile:
