Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only (42 Weeks)

We are proud to be working with an award-winning organisation and an Employer of Choice in the catering sector. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Chef Manager to lead a high-performing catering operation at a large, thriving secondary school in Redhill.

The Role

As Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a busy secondary school kitchen. You'll lead a small on-site team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service are maintained. With full control over menu planning, compliance, stock management, and team development, this role offers the perfect balance of autonomy and support.

About You

Proven experience in a similar Chef Manager or Head Chef role

At least 3 years’ hands-on culinary experience and 2 years of team/financial management

Confident with menu planning, budget control, and compliance standards

Food Safety Level 3 (essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills

A genuine passion for food, service, and leading a team
