Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a premium workplace dining operation across two modern office locations in Didcot. The role oversees breakfast, lunch, drinks and occasional hospitality, delivering high-quality food and outstanding service with a client-focused mindset.

You will manage a catering team, drive menu development, control costs and ensure compliance, while delivering hospitality to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef Manager or in a senior catering management role.
• Passion for fresh food, presentation and customer experience.
• Confident leader who motivates, develops and supports their team.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire catering team to deliver exceptional food and customer service daily.
• Oversee food and beverage standards across two office locations.
• Create fresh, innovative menus to keep offers exciting and relevant.
• Deliver beautifully presented food with attention to detail.
• Manage stock, ordering, food costs and labour for strong commercial performance.
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders; exceed expectations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, health & safety and compliance.
• Support occasional evening events and hospitality as requested by the client.
• Drive continuous improvements in service, quality and customer satisfaction.
