Job summary

Compass Group UK is seeking a Chef Manager for Eurest in Nuneaton to own the catering operation, lead the kitchen and service, and deliver high-quality food. You will manage a team, control stock and costs, and ensure food safety standards while building strong relationships with customers and site colleagues.

This hands-on leadership role is 5 days over 7, with opportunities to develop within the Eurest operation and make a real impact on the on-site catering experience.

Are you a passionate Chef who loves creating great food and leading a team? We’re looking for a Chef Manager to join our Eurest team in Nuneaton and take ownership of the catering operation.
