  • 37.5 per week
  • 5 days per week
  • Shift Pattern Saturday-Wednesday 7:00-14:00/ 08:00-15:00

Your Role:
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals tailored to residents' needs
  • Plan and create menus that are nutritious, varied, and cater to dietary requirements
  • Manage stock and suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients and cost control
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Engage with residents to understand their preferences and enhance their dining experience

  • A passionate chef with experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head Chef, Kitchen Manager)
  • A strong understanding of nutrition and dietary needs, especially for older adults
  • Excellent team management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable)
  • A caring and compassionate approach to food service
